Zia is like having a personal assistant right in the Candidate Portal. It helps candidates navigate their job search journey more smoothly.
Easy Job Discovery
Zia doesn’t just match keywords. It looks at resumes and details to suggest jobs that fit a candidate’s skills and experience. This way, candidates find the best job opportunities without wasting time.
For example, John, a marketing expert, uploads his resume. Zia finds job listings that match his social media skills, presenting him with relevant opportunities he might have missed before.Effortless Application & Job Tracking
Tracking job applications can be tricky. Zia makes it easy by showing candidates a clear list of all their applications and their statuses.

Zia shows only job titles, locations, and types.
