How to Set Up Email Filters  

With Zoho Mail, all your incoming and outgoing messages can be sorted effortlessly. Here's how to create filters:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to Settings and select the Filters option.
  3. Under the Incoming/Outgoing Emails Filter tab, click New Filter.
  4. Fill in the required fields in the pop-up and hit Save.

Note:  


If you’ve set up multiple accounts using POP/IMAP, you can switch between accounts via the account selector on the left panel. In the Filters section, the account name will be displayed at the top right for easy reference.
