Zoho Mail’s Out-of-Office feature makes it easy to send automatic replies, ensuring anyone who emails you knows about your unavailability. This feature keeps your contacts informed, helps set expectations, and even provides alternative contact details if needed—all without you having to do a thing!
How to Set Up Out-of-Office in Zoho Mail
Follow these steps to configure your automatic replies and enjoy a stress-free holiday:
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Go to Settings and select the Out-of-Office option.
- Set the Start and End dates for your absence.
- By default, the replies will be active all day. However, you can customize them to specific days if required.
- Choose your audience. You can send auto-responses to internal contacts, external users, or both.
- Add a subject line for the auto-response email and draft the message you want to send.
- Enable external responses by selecting the appropriate checkbox if needed.
