Hello Everyone,
Greetings from us! As email continues to evolve as a powerful tool in 2024, Zoho introduce enhancements that will simplify your CRM interactions and help you get more done with fewer clicks and scrolls. Here’s a look at these exciting upgrades!
Thread Summaries: Focused Insights at a Glance
Email threads are invaluable for following conversations in chronological order, offering context in a single view. Yet, for busy sales teams handling multiple conversations, scrolling through lengthy threads for essential points can be cumbersome.
With Zoho CRM’s new thread summaries, Zia delivers a concise overview of each conversation, making it easier for users to prioritize their responses and actions based on the essence of these exchanges.
Here’s how thread summarization works:
Summaries are accessible directly from the related list.
Stacked icons in the related list make it easy to spot threaded emails.
Zia provides both the latest email summary and an overall thread summary.
Users can dive into full emails from the summary page whenever needed.
Zia preserves the conversation's tone and emotions without altering them.
Feedback is encouraged through a thumbs-up/down option, helping to fine-tune summary quality.
For now, summaries are available only in English.
Effortless Translations: Bridging Language Barriers
In a globalized world, CRM users often interact with multilingual customers. To ensure smooth, language-free communication, we’ve introduced a one-click translation feature for emails in Zoho CRM. Now, you can translate any email content—whether composing, receiving, or viewing a thread—without needing any additional files or API keys.
Important notes on translations:
- Abbreviations, jargon, and acronyms remain unaltered.
- Idioms are translated literally without adapting to context.
- Only text is translated—images are left as-is.
- Users can translate between up to 74 languages, including right-to-left scripts.
- Each translation session is temporary, reverting to the original language after closing, though translated drafts remain if sent.
These updates are designed to make your CRM journey smoother, allowing you to focus on what matters without missing a beat.
Availability and Support
These features are available to all organizations using the Enterprise and Ultimate editions across the US, EU, IN, AU, SA, and CA regions. For further details, check out our help documentation on Zia for Emails.
