Zoho Desk Android Update: Marketplace Extensions Now Supported

Hello, Everyone!

In the latest update for the Zoho Desk Android app, we've added support for marketplace extensions in several areas, making it easier for you to access and use them.

Here’s where you can find the extensions:

Navigation Drawer (Top Band)
To find extensions here, tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app. The extensions will appear at the bottom of the menu.


Ticket Add/Edit Form
While creating or editing a ticket, you can now access extensions by tapping the three dots (ellipsis icon) in the top right corner of the screen.


Ticket Sub Tab
To access extensions in the sub tab:
  1. Open a ticket
  2. Tap the double down arrow (activities icon) on the ticket details screen
  3. Scroll down to find the extensions.


Ticket Details (More Option)
You can also find extensions by opening a ticket and tapping the three dots (ellipsis icon) to reveal more options.
