By analyzing your CRM data contextually, Smart Prompt provides actionable recommendations for tasks such as composing emails, summarizing notes, or extracting record-specific details.



You now have the freedom to choose between Zia LLM and OpenAI’s ChatGPT for Smart Prompts, giving your business greater flexibility in selecting the AI engine that fits your needs.
