Previously, the classic home page allowed you to manage tasks, meetings, and appointments through individual components, making it easy to track specific activities.
Now, with the Unified Activity Component, you get a comprehensive overview of all your customer-related activities in one place, ensuring you never miss critical calls, meetings, or tasks.
What’s New with This Feature?
You can find the Unified Activity Component in your dashboard's classic view. It presents all open activities, including overdue ones and all-day tasks or meetings, in one organized list. Here's what it offers:
How to Use This Component
View Activities by Timeframe
Decide which activities to display based on a selected period:
Set Preferences
Use the Preferences option in the component’s top-right corner to filter and organize your view:
Hide or display overdue activities.
Arrange overdue tasks at the top or bottom.
Choose to show all-day meetings and tasks at either the top or bottom.
Note: By default, overdue activities appear at the top of the list.
Customize Displayed Details
From the Preferences menu, go to the Manage Fields section to decide what information you want to see for each activity. Use the Column Field Customization pop-up to select which fields to display.Perform Actions Instantly
