Zoho announced a significant enhancement to Zoho CRM: Custom Modules are now accessible to users of the Standard and Professional Editions, extending the flexibility and capabilities previously available only in higher editions.


The standard modules in Zoho CRM address many common business needs. However, Standard and Professional Edition users often needed to rely solely on these pre-configured options.   1. Custom Modules Expanded to More Editions:

    • Custom Modules are now available in Standard and Professional Editions, in addition to the existing support for Enterprise and Ultimate Editions.

  1. No More User-Based Restrictions:

    • Module limits are no longer tied to the number of users in your organization. This ensures better scalability without extra constraints.

  1. Module Count Includes Combined Limits:

    • For example, users of the Enterprise Edition can now allocate up to 200 modules across both Organization and Team modules combined.

Updated Limits Per Edition  

The expanded access to Custom Modules allows Standard and Professional Edition users to go beyond the predefined workflows, creating a CRM that is uniquely tailored to their business requirements.
