Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects: enhanced integration – here’s what’s new
What’s new in the update:
We've enhanced the visibility to client information by adding a specific Client Configuration section. While the client mapping functionality was available in the previous setup, it wasn't explicitly displayed to users. Now, we're making it upfront and transparent, ensuring that you're aware of how Zoho Projects clients are mapped to CRM Contacts and Accounts.
Expanded module integration
Now, not only can you link projects to Contacts and Deals, but we've also extended this functionality to include other critical CRM modules.
Supported modules: Products, Cases, Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Campaigns.
- Enhanced visibility: With projects seamlessly linked across multiple modules, you can see a comprehensive overview of all the connections and activities related to a specific project. This means you can access project-related information, such as Quotes, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Invoices, and more from one centralized location within Zoho CRM.
- Efficient data entry: In addition to viewing Projects related lists in various modules, we're also enabling automatic field mapping to populate project details while creating a project from each module. This reduces manual data entry tasks, saving you time and ensuring consistency across your CRM system.
Simplified permissions management
Setting up and managing access to project details is now easier with a simplified interface. You can quickly assign view or edit permissions across your team, ensuring everyone has the appropriate level of access to project data.
