Connecting Your Email and CRM Seamlessly
Before, this feature was only available in Gmail, but now Zoho Mail users can also benefit. The eWidget extension pulls in all the important information from Bigin related to the person emailing you. Even if the sender isn't already in your Bigin contacts, you can add them with just a click—right from Zoho Mail.
As soon as you open an email, the eWidget shows you all the relevant details from Bigin about the sender, like their pipeline records, activities, notes, and more.
If the person emailing you is not in your Bigin contacts, you can add them directly from Zoho Mail.
A Quick Example
Let’s say you receive an email from someone asking about your products or services. With the eWidget, you can immediately check if they’re already in your Bigin contacts. If they’re not, you can quickly add them. If they are, you can see all their contact details, related pipeline records, and notes. You can even update their information or add a new note about their inquiry right from Zoho Mail. Need to respond? Use one of Bigin’s pre-made email templates directly in your reply.
A Few Things to Remember
Keep in mind that you’ll need the right permissions in Bigin to make changes to a contact's details. But once you’re set up, this integration can save you a lot of time and keep your communication smooth and streamlined.
