Zoho Projects integration with Zoho CRM helps you manage your tasks more efficiently. You can create all project related activities right inside your CRM using this integration. Create new portal or associate an existing portal, add projects to the portal, add tasks and notes to the associated projects and so on.
In addition to this, you can now sync the tasks created in your CRM account with your Projects account. Also, the tasks that are directly added within your Projects account will be in sync with your CRM account. This gives you a two-way sync, so that the communication between CRM and Projects is easier.
All the changes made to tasks will be instantly updated on both your CRM and Projects accounts. A sync icon will be displayed along with your open activities list that ensures the tasks are in sync with your Projects account.
You can also filter to view the list of active or archived projects available in your CRM account and keep track of your project status.
The notes related to the task will also be synchronized. Refer the table below to know how the fields are mapped between your CRM and Projects account.
