When you are busy in a CRM-Record like leads or contacts and want to take a quick note, you are just a click away to jot down anything important. In the upper right corner, you can see a 'Write Note' button, through which you can open the note editor and add notes, and it doesn't stop there; instead, you can add photos, record audio, attach files, and add to-do items by clicking the drop-down arrow button near to it.
While on the move, you may jot down notes, and later, when you want to see all the notes connected to a CRM record, you can do so by visiting the 'Zoho Notebook' related list with the CRM record you need to see. There you may access all your notes, search them, and even import your CRM notes. To see the timeframes of notes you have created, just switch to the timeline view. All the notes you have created are visible to your members by default, but you can make them private with a click. You can share them privately, mail them, view the activity history, and also set reminders.
For your ease and flow, we have created a full-screen web tab where you can access all the notes.
You can see notes categorized by CRM modules, and soon you'll be able to filter notes in the Noteboard list by advanced CRM attributes.
Discover who has interacted with your notes and download a detailed report as a CSV file, a function only available to the owner and administrator of the organization.
Users can get started by copying the CRM notes to Zoho Notebook.
