Introducing Caller ID: Know Who’s Calling with Bigin iOS Update

Zoho announced that the latest iOS (v1.9.2) update of the Bigin mobile app, we have introduced the 'Caller ID' feature. This new functionality allows you to see the names of incoming callers, even if their contact details are not stored on your mobile device, as long as they're saved in Bigin. This will enhance your experience by providing immediate information about the caller.
Here's a brief guide on how to enable this feature:
Open the Bigin App on your iPhone.
Navigate to the settings section within the app.
Scroll down and tap on 'Privacy & Security.'
Select 'Caller ID' and follow the on-screen instructions as shown in the app's screenshot.
