Import data from MS Teams to Zoho Cliq
Recently, Microsoft made a significant change to its MS Teams offering, discontinuing the Free Classic version. This has left many customers wondering what to do as a complete cut down of access for users under the free plan would mean total loss of critical conversations. Upgrading to the paid version would be the only plausible solution.
With the brand-new option to Import data from MS Teams into Zoho Cliq, customers can transfer the
- Personal data of users (such as name, email ID)
- Chats (the name, participants and the corresponding messages sent)
- Channels (the same details as with Chats)
Once imported, users can continue to have their conversations within these imported chats and channels. This will be a significant addition for customers who've contemplated moving away from Teams but have been worried about carrying over their data.
