Zoho CRM : Compliance Made Easy for Email Authentication

Zoho CRM : Compliance Made Easy for Email Authentication

We are  introducing you with significant updates to enhance email authentication and verification processes across Zoho CRM and other Zoho services. These changes aim to bolster security, ensure compliance with industry standards, and improve user experience.

Unified Domain Authentication Admins will no longer need to authenticate email-sending domains separately across different Zoho products used within their organization. Zoho CRM's SPF and DKIM records are now uniform and compatible with other Zoho products, allowing domains authenticated in one Zoho service to be recognized across all. This streamlines the authentication process and enhances email security.

  • Automatic Domain Identification Domains authenticated outside of Zoho CRM will now be automatically identified every 48 hours, reducing manual effort. If a domain is authenticated elsewhere during this period, it will reflect as "Authenticated" within a maximum of 48 hours in Zoho CRM, ensuring continuous security without additional setup.
Simplified Verification Process Previously, domain authentication in Zoho CRM required manual verification of an email address connected to the domain. Now, if any verified user email address or organizational email is found within your Zoho CRM account, manual verification is no longer necessary, simplifying setup and management.
  • Compliance with New Email Guidelines To comply with updated guidelines from Google and Yahoo, DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) setup is recommended for domains sending more than 5,000 emails daily.

  • Zoho CRM now prompts users to set up DMARC when preparing to send bulk emails, ensuring adherence to sender guidelines and minimizing email disruptions.

  • Enhanced Email Credibility Dashboard A new email credibility dashboard highlights domains without DMARC, aiding quick identification and resolution of compliance issues. This feature helps maintain email credibility and ensures seamless communication.

One-click unsubscribe

In line with recent standards, all promotional emails sent from Zoho CRM now include a one-click unsubscribe option. This addition aligns with RFC standards and requirements from Google and Yahoo effective June 1, 2024, enhancing user convenience and reducing spam complaints.

These updates signify Zoho CRM's commitment to improving email security, compliance, and user experience. We appreciate your cooperation in adopting these enhancements to ensure seamless and reliable email communications.
