Super admins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.
Set personalized phrases for "Service", "Staff", and "Resource" using Custom Labels. For example, if you are running a salon business, you can call your employees "Stylists" instead of "Staff". The rephrased text will replace the default terms in all places inside Zoho Bookings.
The character limit for the labels is set to 50.
To set custom labels:
Click the Manage Business icon in the top-right corner and click General.
Click Custom Labels on the left panel.
Hover over any label you want to edit and click the Edit icon.
Specify a new label, then click Save.
Let's say we set the labels for Staff as One "Consultant" and Many "Consultants". Zoho Bookings will display the label names for "Staff" as seen in the below images:
Likewise, the label for Service and Resource can also be customised according to your business. Let's change Service to Consultation and Resource to Conference Room.
Now the options in your Bookings will show the customised labels. Kindly note that in the below picture the following terms have changed.
Services ---> Consultations
Staff ---> Consultants
Resource ---> Conference Rooms
