OpenAI and ChatGPT have taken the world by storm so much that these are household terms now. Zoho, as always, has embraced this new technology with teams coming up with creative ways to make the most of the generative AI capabilities. Zoho Mail is no exception.
Introducing Zia's integration with OpenAI in Zoho Mail, that helps auto-complete your sentences as you type your emails, generate entire email content from a brief with multiple variations of tone and length, or give you a crisp summary of any incoming email. Here's a preview of all these interesting features:
Zia ends what you begin. (in a good way)
The Zoho Mail team wouldn't want anything more than all of you to be so impressed by the product that you spend all day in it! But of course that ain't ideal. We want you to spend the least time possible within your inbox so that you can go work on your game-changing code, your marketing pitch, or your next customer meeting. So, just start your email, and Zia will come in and finish it for you. Zia being well-read will suggest the sentence progression and if that's what you are going for, just hit enter and you're done.
Adding words to your thoughts
Sometimes we know what to say but find a hard time putting it in words. And you know how they say, any email that takes more than 5 minutes to write isn't worth it. How about we bring it down to a minute? Just click on the Zia icon in your editor toolbar when composing an email, give a brief of what the email is about, and she'll pen it down for you. Being the overeager pupil that she is, Zia will also give you multiple versions with varying tones and lengths, so that you can pick the one that works best for you.
Just a gist will do
Highlights over matches, headlines over news, shorts over videos—if this is you, then you'll like the summary over the entire email. Ask Zia to summarize your email so that you quickly know the most important points and the key takeaways from that lengthy email that just came in.
